Electric mud buckets are mainly used for the stacking and storage of mud cakes such as plate and frame filter presses, belt sludge dewatering machines, centrifugal sludge dewatering machines, and rolling sludge dewatering machines, as well as the storage of other particulate matter and solids, for centralized one-time unloading and transportation.

The equipment mainly consists of four parts: mud storage hopper, movable door, electric push rod (or cylinder, oil cylinder), and control box. The closure of the mud bucket door can be controlled by electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic means. Simple operation, smooth and reliable operation without noise, long service life.

After the filter press completes the filtration, the filter cake can be unloaded into the matching mud storage hopper for centralized transportation. The size of the mud bucket can be customized according to the filter press model and customer requirements, and the opening method is divided into two types: electric and pneumatic.
